Harbor Keeper

Harbor Keeper is a cozy management sim. You build docks, route boats, upgrade buildings and slowly watch a sleepy harbor turn into something lively. There's no pressure, just steady growth.

It handles idle time well, so progress continues while you're away, but the active building still feels meaningful. I liked planning layouts and then coming back to see them running.

It gets a little repetitive in the mid-game, and I wished for more decisions with real consequences. Still, as a wind-down game it does exactly what it promises.
